Creative Movement   –  Ages 0 -2

This class allows young children to learn basic skills to help strengthen their physical development, social skills, and coordination. This class is designed to help children develop gross motor skills, muscle control, and balance while integrating expression through rhythmical patterns and props.

Pre K  –  Ages 3 – 4

Sharing this positive experience with their peers, students gain an understanding of teamwork that positively benefits and influences their everyday lives. This class allows young children to learn basic dance skills to help with their physical development, social skills, coordination, and impulse control. Song, basic dance steps, and tumbling are used to help engage students’ attention and imagination. 

Combo Class  –  Ages 5 – 7

This class is comprised of three half hour sessions to provide basic skills in Ballet, Acro, and Tap.   In this class, the dancers will continue to explore the different styles of dance. Working on basic ballet positions and terminology, basic acro skills, and tap technique.  Dancers can participate in one, two, or all three sessions of this class

Kinder Pop  –  Ages 5 – 7

Classes are designed to further develop your child’s natural love for movement and music. Students will learn body control, and emphasis is placed on discipline, strength and flexibility. A winning combination of fun and technique is   applied when teaching the basic elements of Hip Hop, Jazz and Acrobatics to our young dancers.

Intro to Ballet 

An introduction to ballet with beginning development of ballet concepts including turn out, coordination, spatial awareness and a specific focus on class etiquette. Students will begin positions of the feet, and introductory movement vocabulary. Classical ballet is the root of all dance styles. Taking this class will help your child strengthen their dance knowledge. They will be able to take the training they have learned and apply it to other styles of dance.

Ballet and Pointe

Ballet and Pointe class combines grace, line and beauty to provide the technical foundation for all dance forms. Ballet class is structured by the introduction and progressions of ballet, by emphasizing terminology, and technique while incorporating speed, attack, and rhythm. Ballet is the basic foundation of all dance forms and will improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Ballet is strongly recommended for all dancers to take in addition to other techniques. Pointe class is offered to advanced students that are recommended by an instructor.

Acrobatics (Acro) class teaches floor gymnastics which can be incorporated into dance.  Acro dance emphasizes smooth and graceful transitions from dancing to each acrobatic move. Acrobatics class is designed to help students enhance their balance, agility, and motor coordination. Students will learn tricks including tumbling, flexibility and partnering skills.  Tumbling class focuses on the aerial and tumbling aspect of Acrobatics such as learning back handspring, aerials and much more. Attention is paid to each student’s own abilities. This class is a great way for both boys and girls to maintain strength conditioning and flexibility as it pertains to the needs of other dance styles.

                            Hip Hop 

Hip Hop Class mixes Free Style and Street Dance styles to create fun and freestyle movement. This high energy class is a combination of an invigorating warm-up and strengthening exercises, dancers will be encouraged to freestyle, using their own creativity and style taught to them making this class a favorite for all ages.

Jazz Class incorporates the elements of Ballet, Hip Hop and Lyrical dance set to popular music and includes stretches, isolations, turns, jumps, leaps and choreographed combinations as well as the development of style. Traditional styles and current pop-cultural trends blend in an exciting and energizing class atmosphere. Classes begin with an intense warm-up based including isolations, strengthening exercises, and stretches. The class progresses with across the floor skills and combination phrases that incorporate expression, athleticism, personality, and style.

Lyrical / Contemporary

Lyrical is a style of Jazz that has been fused with Ballet and encourages artistic expression and emotional content while building grace and fluidity.  Contemporary capitalizes on the universal language of dance techniques and methods found in ballet, modern, postmodern dance, and others. The movement is more internal, showing the dancer’s strength, control, and diverse quality of movements.

Tap blends coordination and rhythm foot patterns into a fun and timeless dance form. Warm-up, across floor skills, and movement combinations are built for increased coordination, clarity of sound, and rhythm.

Extra Special Steps 

Extra Special Steps is a dance class for students with disabilities ages 2 to adult. The class is a structured class that provides creative movement instruction. The class provides a safe space for all students to be creative, exercise and create new social emotional interactions.

  • ESS 2  –  Ages 12 – Adult
Dance Fitness

This fitness intensive class will teach you the basics of dance technique while helping you achieve a great workout. You can enroll even if you have never danced a day in your life. This class will include a cardio workout as well as moves for conditioning, core strengthening and stretching. You will also learn jazz technique basics for across the floor work and a fun  combination at the end of class.  This class is for men and women, adults only.

Not Your Average Wedding Dance

Blow your guest away with an exciting, unexpected dance at your wedding. Have us choreograph your non-traditional wedding dance or let us add on after as a “surprise dance”. Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom class welcomes all ages and abilities.  The class will provide beginner to advance skills in multiple styles of partnering including waltz, swing, Latin dance and foxtrot.


Musical Theater

Musical Theater is designed to develop comprehensive musical theater skills including theater dance, partnering, acting, character development and chorus singing. This class will be an excellent opportunity for students to prepare for school or community theater auditions as well as developing confidence and stage presence in young dancers.


Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training for levels beginner too advanced.

Bolly Beatzz

Bollywood dance is a blend of all Indian dance styles, including classical Indian dance, folk Indian dance or the more current R&B, hip hop music. Bollybeats is our instructor’s own take on bollywood fusion.
